Strollercise Basildon

Strollercise is a dance based fitness class to the sounds of the 50's. It is low impact and suitable for all ages (over 14) and abilities.

We do around 5000-6000 steps per class, that's 3 miles!

The Chat 1st Physical Wellbeing Programme at the Brentwood Centre runs a number of different classes. Self referral classes include weight management, sitting yoga, MS Group, Aqua Mobility & Aquacess. Hospital/GP referral courses include Cancer Rehab, Cardiac Rehab & Fitness for Health.
