YOUTH FITNESS & FUN (5 - 15 YRS)

We play warm up games, the younger group follow 2 circuits predominantly aimed at Physical Literacy as well as basic strength exercises. We also have Masterclass sessions where the superstars learn an exercise - ie the Squat - i hand out info sheet for them to practice all week - then the following week i test them and ask them which muscles were used - Once they have correctly performed the exercise i hand out certificates. Then we fionish the session with more games

The older session starts with games, then 2/3 circuits with introductions to battle ropes, chains, kettlebells, slam and meds etc then finishing up with games and relays.

WE ARE AN ALL INCLUSIVE CLUB - OPEN TO EVERYONE
